Kota Bharu in photos
went to Kota Bharu somewhere in September, and had a chance to capture some moment in KB.
stayed there for 2 nights, and what can i say about KB is " I like KB very much".

-built in 1867, the mosque was renovated and reconstructured from wooden to the present concrete structure and was officially opened by HRH Sultan Ismail, in 31st July 1931 and named Masjid Muhammadi after the Sultan Muhammad II (1830-1886).

walking thru the pasar malam (nite market), u may find lots of football jerseys being sold here in KB, and one of the the team jerseys being sold here is of course the 2010 Malaysia Cup champions, Kelantan, the state team or also known as Red Warriors. nice

went out with a friend, Faidhi, looking for a 2nd-hand shoes. KB is quite well known for its 2nd-hand shoes, shirts, and jeans, as its quite easy the get supply of those kind of things from the neighbouring country, Thailand.

the next morning, to the Siti Khadijah wet market, which is considered as one of the landmark in KB. some even say that, ur trip to KB wouldnt be completed if u never steps in this Siti Khadijah wet market.
so i decided to have a go here, and here i am, with a standard photo of Pasar Siti Kahdijah.

most of the traders here are very used to the presence of photographers, and they even pose for you without you having to make the move first. senang kerja yeop. hehehehe

u can find almost anything here in Pasar Siti Khadijah including asam keping, chillies with variety of colours and shapes, cendawan, and even kerdas, a type of ulam (scientific name-archidendron). rambang mata weiii

Pakcik Shafie explaining to me a little bit about the 'Wau Bulan', which took him a month to finish off the work. he sells that wau bulan for RM 2500.
